Angela Badolato is a dance performer from Australia and has been teaching and performing dance and healthy lifestyle practices for over 16 years. She has a bachelors degree in drama and communications and is a certified foot and hand reflexologist and belly dance performer. She shares her passion for aliveness of the body through online writing, teaching and live performance. In her articles & programs, you will find the blueprints of the body that empower our health, you will learn to develop a strong connection between your body and mind and reach your lifetime fitness goals without stress and with a lot of fun!

Angela is passionate about sharing the benefits of how to listen to the body’s needs and desires to influence and direct your lifetime goals and fitness goals. She will show you how to combine the science of the body with art of the heart and the drive of the mind.
In her years as a theater and dance performer, Angela has experience with a variety of movement forms from different cultures: ancient practices of Japan (Ryoho – Ki Yoga), India (Iyengar, Astanga, Hatha Yoga and Ayurveda), the Middle East (Sufi Dance and Belly Dance) and social dance traditions from Latin America (Salsa), Brazil (Samba), Carribean Dance, Senegalese dance, Hip Hop and Contemporary Dance.
From this extensive range of movement experience, Angela discovered the elements of the body that unite all cultures and also what is particular to a specific time and culture in their understanding of the body. Her approach to fitness is to call in more than the muscular body to make sure we get an all-round sense of what makes the body excited to be alive, no matter what time of life or physical condition.
Angela’s approach to fitness is also influenced by her breadth of experience in natural therapies, natural weightloss and nutritional supplements. As a reflexologist, she has trained in all the systems of the body, not only the muscular body system. And she’s passionate about finding ways to target the “changes in life” that create issues in health and difficulties in weight management. The most important skill she teaches is listening to your body so you hear the alarm bells of change and finding out what your body needs right now.
She has also practiced the entire range of both therapeutic and weightloss diets including vegan, macrobiotic, fasting, zone diet, blood type diet, high protein diets and extensive use of nutritional supplements to support hormonal imbalance and digestive difficulties. It’s been a long haul to get a sense of what a “balanced” diet is for Angela and no one program met her needs. She discovered that over time, the needs of the body changed and thus required different foods, supplements and fitness programs to give her the right energy to support her active lifestyle over several countries and continents.
The work of nutritional science is now capable of delivering better nutrients to our body, while we watch the organic food of the earth become increasingly more compromised. Part of Angela’s mission is to make sure you find the products that give you the most vitality available and use your life energy to achieve and feel the best that life has to offer.
