    Are my Supplements Working? Building Better Digestion

    If you’re paying good money for supplements - you want to know they’re doing good for you. If you’re taking products and not getting the results or energy you want, your digestive tract may have challenges getting the nutrients from your food and supplements.

    Do you experience gas from your food or supplements up to a few hours after ingesting them? You’re probably not getting much out of them. Gas means what you have eaten is still sitting in your stomach and not getting broken down.
